Process

MEETING WITH THE CLIENT

We place great emphasis on understanding our client’s needs, which is why the first meeting is very important to us. It allows us to discuss the investor’s needs, highlight the most important aspects, outline initial expectations and requirements, establish the main directions for the design concept, and define a preliminary budget.

LOOK&FEEL AND DESIGN GUIDELINES

This is the initial presentation of the design concept. We work on color and material combinations and discuss reference photos, which form the basis for the conceptual design. It is at this stage that a shared vision of the concept between the client and the designer begins to take shape.

DESIGN CONCEPT, MATERIAL MOODBOARDS

This is the key part of the project. We work on models of specific rooms to ensure that the final result is as close to the design as possible. Specific materials and furniture are placed in the model and presented in the form of visualizations. Additionally, we also present material moodboards, which are a physical complement to the concept.

VISUALIZATIONS

Visualizations are usually part of the design concept in its initial stage, but if necessary, we also create additional visualizations. Approval of these visual views allows us to finalize the conceptual phase and move on to the detailed interior design project.

DETAILED INTERIOR DESIGN

This involves detailed layout and wall elevation drawings, which allow contractors to transfer the design concept into reality. The full project package includes 1:50 scale drawings in A3 format, such as interior layout plans, floor plans, ceiling plans with lighting, electrical schematics, wall finish plans, as well as necessary views of internal walls and bathroom finish layouts and views.

DETAILED CUSTOM FURNITURE DESIGN

Custom furniture made by carpenters requires additional documentation, which can be handed over to the manufacturer. These are 1:20 scale drawings presenting views and cross-sections of individually crafted furniture, from which the carpenter can create additional workshop drawings or proceed directly to estimating and crafting the furniture.

CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISION

To ensure the highest quality, we also provide design supervision during construction. At every stage of the work, we ensure that the materials used and details executed comply with the design. This step ensures the highest quality and verifies compliance with the design at each stage of the construction process. This allows our clients to rest easy, as they don’t need to worry about checking if the technical drawings match the ongoing finishing work.

HOME STAGING

This stage is about adding the final touches that give the designed interior its atmosphere and highlight the interior arrangements. It is usually performed in residential properties intended for sale or rent, especially when photo shoots are required, as well as to complement the interior design of commercial spaces.
